I prefer Batman Returns because it's so much weirder and darker than Batman 89. DeVito is awesome as the penguin too and visually it's a feast foa da senses

Plus Danny Elfman's score is great. And, while you can kinda criticize both artists for being samey in their approach, this is right around when Burton and Elfman were both doing their best work.

The combat was very believable, too.
