Tenet - µ/π - Can't understand discussions that include people wearing masks. They tell you not to think about the time travel principals (TOO BAD I SPENT HALF THE MOVIE TRYING TO IMAGINE WHEN REVERSE TIME BULLET HOLES WOULD FIRST APPEAR IN NORMAL TIME!) Practical effects and 'splosions, easy to understand.

Die Hard - 6/10 - Bruce Willis smirks in the first half really wear thin on me after not seeing this for 20 years.

Total Excess: How Carolco changed Hollywood (Bonus feature length doc on the Total Recal 4k release) - 8/10

Total Recall (with Verhoeven and Schwarzenegger commentary) - 9/10 - Arnold describes plot points as they unfold while Paul ends every sentence with "Innit?"

Heist - 6.5/10

Midnight Run - 7.5/10 - Did late 80's Danny Elfman have a hard-on for Stevie Ray Vaughn or something? It's non-stop blues noodling in the soundtrack.

you guys didn't like Tenet...

it's at least 7/10

that one setpiece with the trucks ruled

it was a movie that over-reached...but at least it tried hard

WW84 - 2/10
It's not for me, yes - I am not a 12 year old girl. Even so, I'm fairly certain that The Babysitters Club books were better written and had more believable characters. I can't believe they had all that extra time prior to release and didn't bother polishing the SFX to a level beyond playstation 2 cutscenes.

Trapped in Paradise - 5/10
Is this the movie where Cage starts making weird acting choices - randomly yelling lines and tossing in different accents whenever he feels like it? It was released in 1994, so I guess this was near the beginning of his transformation. I'm not sure what I was expecting, other than some mid-90's nostalgia, which I guess I got with Lovitz and Carvy.

tangential, but the new netflix series is better than one might expect

not expecting any of you hard-asses to rush out and watch this, but if anyone tries to get you to watch it... don’t fight it. you might learn some valuable life lessons along the way!

WW84 - 5/10 - I can't deal with kiddie black-and-white-with-a-little-grey comic book movies anymore. I thought (hoped) Logan changed how comic book movies were done, but this was right along with cheesy 1980's comic book movies and tv shows.

I'm Gonna Git You Sucka - 7.5/10

It's been so long since I'd seen it, I had forgot that Jack of Spades was written for the movie and not just a regular BDP track.

Spotlight - 9/10 - Keaton gave one of the more authentic Boston accents on film. Surprisingly riveting for a movie about reporters just talking a whole bunch.

El Camino: A Breaking Bad Film - 6/10 - Fine. Felt like a 2 hour long DVD extra. It was well-done but completely unnecessary.
