I've not had to really worry about it. Both places in my house that I keep the bottles stay at a pretty constant temperature. As well they are both dark and not humid. I do keep some in the fridge.Ghost Dad wrote:Uh huh. So how do you address the temperature control issues?

Putting them in the fridge can delay the aging process. The Bruery Roble Blanco - 7/10
This is kinda of like drinking a geuze dumped in a margarita. Which after I type that sounds awful, but this was interesting to me. The sour and tequila shine through this and its pretty refreshing.
Founders Blushing Monk - 8/10
This was one i was always curious about. A little boozy with a ton of raspberries. I like that this flavor can be obtained without it being totally syrupy.
Toppling Goliath Pseudo Sue - 8/10
Seems to be quite the fuss over this beer lately. Don't get me wrong it's good, but living in the NW there are a ton of really drinkable DIPAs around. Plenty of dank, citrusy hops with a light body making it fairly drinkable. People that link Heady Topper, Pliny, or Zombie Dust should be into this.

3 Floyds Cimmerian Sabertooth Berzerker - 9/10
Really well made IPA. Fairly large malt backbone that balances how hoppy it is. Has a little more body than most of the non west coast DIPAs. Glad I got to try this.

Will be buying out a cellar this weekend. Pretty excited to try out some of these with friends soon.
Been starting to try more of the Wicked Weed sours and while not as sour as most of the style, really well made. Golden Angel had so much apricot in it with a little bit of lacto at the end. Can't wait to try more.

Farmhouse saison and wild ale fest in Vancouver was wonderful. Discovered lots of new breweries up there to check out.

Ended up obtaining a bottle of the original Silva Stout release from 2012 and tried it next to the one released this year. Doesn't even taste like the same base beer was used.
