I don't know how you drink and play videogames, Bill. As soon as alcohol hits my lips, it seems like the last thing I can do is play a game. I get bored of it really quick for some reason.

I'm about halfway through Uncharted 2, and it's pretty awesome. I've had a couple glitches, but otherwise amazing looking. I got stuck at the ice cave section, at which point Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 in the mail (it was $12) ---which I then finished on the anti-registration campaign over 2 days. These superhero beat-em-up's seem to call to me, even though half the time it's almost completely mindless gaming. I found the first MUA for $5 shipped, so that should be getting to me this week, hopefully. I'm going to try to finish up Uncharted 2 before that arrives.

i did not experience this problem at all. you just press jump and then press it again and hold it ? what the fuck's the issue ?

I've done it for so long now it's second nature... to a degree. I learned to do it playing sports games on the N64 and PS1 like WCW vs NWO and NHL '98 back in the days of college, or a year after... who cares. I cannot do it with PC games, though. I used to try drinking and playing Quake 3: Arena. What a disaster. The console FPS don't give me too much issue though.

Maybe my controller isn't doing so good then (but only with this game?), because half the time I hit the button the second time he does this half-ass double jump and the wings don't come out. Even still, when it does work the whole thing does not feel as smooth as doing all his other stuff.

I'm pretty damn good when I start to drink up until I have passed the buzzed marker. When I get to slurring and on through to shitty then Rock Band is the only safe bet to not be a total disaster, and even then sometimes it is.

thirdly the trick that works for killing people while drunk is to drink as you kill so you're drunkenly killing instead of sitting down already wasted and attempting to get your kill on. it's a method

The vulture wing thing was super easy for me except on that part just after the Hera Labyrinth where you leap from Harpy to Harpy.

Finished Heavy Rain last night - I was glad I didn't read the spoiler HR thread til today.

I don't know about the drinking while gaming thing... but then again, I don't really play much multiplayer stuff... mainly because I don't like buying games on release date when they'll be much cheaper in a few months. I'm sure it's much more fun killing and talking shit after a few drinks.

I used to play 1vs100 while drinking though. Not so sure if it helped much.

I used to kick his ass at it, but I think he got tired of that and practiced a ton. I noticed he had a bunch of different camouflage patterns for his tank, and he proceeded to wipe the walls with me and Blasto. What a dick.

I only recall him wiping the floor with YOU. Like I'll proceed to wipe the floor with Riley, if he ever mans up and faces me on Battle Tanks. Which will most likely be never since I've heard through various sources that he is a woman.

It's on par with Mega Man 4-5 I'd say. It's easy but it's still a great game. Only downside is the music sucks.

Megaman 10 is just as hard as Megaman 9. It's only "easier" because they made an easy mode that removes half of the enemies on the stage and covers up spikes and death traps... aka pussy mode

The only level that really gave me trouble was Nitro Man's stage with the stupid fucking trucks. I thought 9 was way more difficult.
