I can't remember the ending or too much of anything else about the story, but yeah, it was originally supposed to be a Batman story, and yeah, it was absolutely finished and published. Post the last page if you want, I'll check my copy.

I stayed clear of reviews at that time and, looking forward to a new Frank Miller story, just ordered the hardcover like an idiot... oh man...
