yeah, but i'm walking/bussing and garbanzo beans/the other ingredients separately will be heavier/bulkier/the same cost or more. i just like the mix because it's super easy to add black olives or spinach or jalapeno or whatever to it and have bomb hummus really FAST. i live for SPEED. i'm the FASTEST SLOTH since sloth came to SLOTH TOWN.

Seriously. A really amazing super easy to make vegan mayo uses soy milk, vegetable oil, salt, and white vinegar. Seriously. The best recipe I found was from How It All Vegan. I'd transcribe the recipe here if I were at home.
