Not bad as bad as I expected. I moved back in with my parents on the 3rd after being sacked from my job and made homeless, but surprisingly they've been really cool and supportive, despite all the times I've let them down in the past. I'm extremely lucky to have the family I have, people who still respect and trust me after the mistakes I've made. I'm so grateful to them for helping me get back on my feet and allowing me a second chance in life. Not many people in my shoes have the safety net I have which is quite depressing.

hahaha! I am in the exact opposite situation. I have always helped/supported my family (which is just my mom now, basically) I have never asked to borrow money from a parent, because they wouldn't have had it anyway. If I lose my job and can't find another, I'm screwed. And the way this economy is going, I wouldn't be surprised to see basically everything regarding budget and finance in this country (and others to follow..) collapse within the next two years.

Optimism would be a great mindset to have, but at this point, with realism in mind, 2010 and 2011 are looking to be shithouse.
