I'm surprised his socks are not made from animal skin. I'm actually shocked.

Totally nice guy, ok, fine, fur shure, fur shure, but total weirdo. Whenever I hear anything about him from people who have run into him in feudal Japan, it's them describing some oddball shit he said or did. The fact that he was being polite or friendly whilst this went down has yet to be mentioned. Once. The nutjob shit always is. I do quite like this particular round eye, however, making no mistake.

Hey dumbshit, read the FUCKING FIRST POST IN FULL:
I haven't met many bands, but do any folk here harbor tales of strange behavior from otherwise well regarded bands?
You fucking permanent embarrassment to your family and community...

So, the OP gave this thread a subject header that had nothing to do with what he was REALLY asking? Yeah, that's my fault. Douchebag.

One of my bands was on a weird bill with him in Moscow. He arrived with a headless bass ala Geddy Lee circa 1984 and improved with some local noise/experimental types. He basically jammed on one or two notes for 25 mins and he didn't even bother doing any vocals. In fact, the local players were pretty good but made the thing somewhat annoying. He also seemed completely inept about how to use a basic bass amp combo and got kinda pissed off when one of the guys in my band pointed out that he was about to trip over a patch chord. All the local artfags :mastoman: and :bean: over him though.

I have heard some stuff from the 80s of him doing free form jams with other people (with a drummer at least) and it was somewhat cool in an early Sonic Youth bootleg kind of way.
