I saw it not knowing what the fuck it was about.

Having seen it - I'm still not sure what it was about other than being a video game nerds revenge fantasy on battles of the bands he's lost and how the two girls he'd most like to bone in his life actually paying attention to him.

The Asian chick was hot til she cut her hair, didn't feel the bangs at all.

The punk girl had a much better body in the underwear than he frump street wear suggested.

My biggest regret was not paying more close attention to this thread first.

I used to be curious about the comic book. This movie was so bad that I have no interest in reading the comic. I'll stick to my vertigo comics.

Finally saw this movie. I'm a nerd with nerdy friends. A ton of people I know pissed their pants over it. In the end, I was all like "OK, whatever" and kinda felt like I should have watched Inception instead.

needless to say i was not amused whatsoever barring the part when the movie star guy read his text message and chuckles and then says to himself, "that's actually hilarious."

otherwise it was pretty mediocre and dull sprinkled with a couple of teeth-gritting scenes of desire for everyone involved with making the movie to meet some sort of horrible yet comical demise, but i will say that i have seen worse movies and this one, while still shitty enough to be in the 2 or 3/10 range, really didn't inspire the sort of red-eyed rage in me that noah warned of.

Just based on the box art here, but I don't care if Cera trained with Bruce Lee himself. There is no way a little scrub of a geek like him could take on a dude with glowing eyes that also has smoke coming out of them. This is not opinion, it is fact, and I boycott this film on this claim alone. Boycott I say to YOU!
