David Fincher Says ‘Mindhunter’ Is Probably Dead: Big Budget, Low Viewers, and Exhaustion
Fincher had eyed returning to "Mindhunter" after "Mank," but that no longer looks to be the case.

Come on goddamnit! Yet, there are like eight 90 Day Fiancé fucking shows. I feel like I should hold women accountable for this.
I'm holding out unrealistic hope that in 10 years they'll do a miniseries with the cast to wrap up the BTK storyline, since Rader stopped killing IRL around the timeline of when season 2 ended anyway.
Not a series or a film but I couldn't find a comedy thread so I just thought I'd rate this here:
An Evening With Tim Heidecker - Stand-up special - 10/10
Season 4 has a lot of funny moments, but it's clear in all my rewatches that it's the first season that the show was a legitimate HIT and they really cleaned it up and made it all sweet and saccharine and it ages worse every time I watch it. Season 5 is wildly inconsistent too and then it just goes downhill faster and faster from there. But I think season 1-3 is my favorite run of a TV sitcom ever, next to Cheers
New Girl - Season 3 - 9. The amount of legitimately great jokes they cram into every episode was impressive. Winston Bishop is one of the best sitcom characters ever.
The Office another show that gets thrown on the crap pile with Seinfeld, The Simpsons, and South Park.
also....totally gave up on Fargo. I haven't been back since the first episode of season 3. Fuck it.
I just started binge watching Fargo in October. Season 3 is kind of a slow burn, it ends up being even more mean spirited than the first two seasons.
Season 3 is dark as fuck. McGregor isn't really great in it but the other stories are all fantastic. Probably my favorite "villain" in the whole series. And Ray Wise!
New Girl - Season 4 - 9.5. Damon Wayans Jr. leaving sucks but this was probably the funniest season overall. I even sought out Lamorne Morris's comedy rap album from earlier this year and have been listening to it and it's great.
