Everyone always hated Dusty Rhodes. I kinda feel bad for him sometimes.

I never hated him. My all time favorites were the Road Warriors and I swear he and them actually had a six-man tag team championship together in NWA. Didn’t he also tag team with Magnum TA once in a while?

Yes and yes.

By the way dusty is one of my all time faves but that guy had haters.

Who the fuck hates Dusty? Besides two fat women that would follow him to all the NWA/WCW shows. Didn’t people riot when the Horsemen had him trapped in a cage. Even his polkadot WWF shit was good. Sure, the “Dusty Finish” can be farty but compared to anything Russo it’s A+ graded on a curve.

P.S. anything late 90’s WCW ( not counting Russo stuff) that does not involve Austin, Foley, or Rock is better than Attitude Era. Although, personally, I can’t stand Sid Vicious.

Ole Anderson, The Funks, Tully Blanchard, Ric Flair, Gary Hart, Kabuki, Pak Song, and a host of other top level heels hated Dusty.

All of them threatened to retire him.

That episode kicked my leg out of my leg.

I want to see them cover Abdullah the Butcher and his unique moveset which consists entirely of ways to infect his opponents with Hep C next season.

What else can they cover?

Pillman?
Dynamite Kid?
Some territory war?
Kurt Angle?
Haku?
ECW drug culture?
WCW Halloween Havok ‘95?

Totally.

There’s a shoot interview where Matt Borne talked about his wife taking their infant daughter and skipping town and he never saw either of them again. Then he did nothing but sit in his apartment for 6 months and do $40,000 worth of coke. One of the grimmest things I’ve heard.
