It horrifies me that I'm in the same reality as that potential fate, even though the odds of me having my head sawn off are remote, there's this panic on the Russian's face that stares right into me and says but it could still happen, Matt, it happened to me and I'm just like you, and for some reason because it happened to that man, it's like it's already happened to me in some horrible alternate reality. I can barely stand the thought. I feel like sobbing because of all the suffering that happens, men with drills and bloody boners and teens with hammers and screwdrivers and zealots with machetes and random face eating. Rocket ship me off this fucking planet because people have made this hell.
