My diet and exercise went to shit the last two months. I'm not where I wanted to be this summer but I'm hoping to recover by the end of August for sexy results.

I'm 6'0 and about 200 lbs (but I don't really look that heavy). I have a broad structure so I look sickly if I go under 180.

Sadly it wasn't the first time. From 13-16 I hovered around that weight, and keep in mind I was a lot shorter

I have really shitty genes when it comes to weight gain and I ain't getting any younger so I gotta watch my ass.

I've tried just cutting out alcohol completely during the week paired with having a cup of veggie soup for lunch every day while still allowing myself to go buck and eat like a fucking pig on the weekends. That and the regular run-around-town routine brought me down almost 25 pounds in the past 12 months, though I have been slacking recently and probably went up a few due to weddings and being straight up lazy. But yeah, little-to-no booze at all is really the best cheat code when it comes to dropping pounds/making you look less puffy, though it sucks major dick
