I ate the stuff happily (and I may have previously enjoyed it via larb) and it's tasty - but it tasted like: cilantro + I need to rinse this a bit more

there's a place right next to my work that's like a Chipotle but with high-quality Indian food (they roll everything up inside a giant naan) and last time I was there I opted for some cilantro; it really took the thing to a next level I wouldn't have thought possible



the place is pretty cheap, too - I guess they make their money on sheer volume
