Generic Business Oriented Website

I do water every night, but I'm sure it stems from being a drunk. I usually sleep with a fan on, and lately I've been falling asleep to free audio books on my phone... some of them are painful to listen to. They're recorded by volunteers, none of which have a voice for such things. Sometimes you can hear a dog bark, or a door slam in the background.

Usually some kind of container filled with water to wash down pills. Oh and definitely a fan. No fan = no sleepy time for me.

I almost never do this, but I am also an unhealthy person.

No, but I drink so much water during the day that it's just not necessary. I almost never wake up cottonmouthed.

Fan or A/C regardless of temperature, glass of water on the window ledge, iPod on with one earbud in.

I'm a huge fan of the sound of silence at bedtime, myself.

It's because I have wearing earplugs for the last 20 years at shows...

I have a sink/vanity in my master bedroom so I leave a glass of water on the counter so I don't spill it reaching for the snooze button.

Woke up at 6 with a brutal migraine. Rolled to my left to grab some ibuprofin from the night stand, then rolled right to down it with the water from the glass on the window sill. Fell back to sleep in 15 minutes.

Nope, no water or any other potables.

It makes me think of my Grandma though. When I was little she always had a glass of water next to her bed at night, with a little plastic cover that looked like a miniature shower cap over it, and there were always little bubbles in the water.

I rarely use headphones. Mostly it's an iPod dock.

ah ok. I have passed out a couple times with headphones in (piss drunk), and I always wake up with a headache or one of the buds lodged too far in my ear.

I drink at least a gallon of water a day so needless to say my big glass of water is always within reach when I'm at home. I used to get kidney stones in my late teens and they figured out I get them if I don't drink enough fluids so ever since then I am constantly drinking water. I have to set my glass on the far side of the bedside table though cause sweaty has been known to knock it over during slumber.

It's worth it to me to get up and get a glass of cold as fuck water from the brita in the fridge.
I keep a glass in the freezer, pre-chilled.
