subway has these commercials where the actors are really pumped over saying the word "guacamole" like it is exotic and they haven't ever used it before, it's so fucking retarded because these things are airing in so cal and avocados have been mainstream since forever here. is it different smoewhere else in the states like in ohio? is subway barely starting to use guacamole over there and they are using ads from that area here? subway is terrible...

Because its an arrogant assertion by lazy guys with shitty diets that they're sex symbols, and a bunch of media outlets are sensationalizing it. If you're gonna be paunchy and lazy, fine. But don't try to validate it because you have a job and do household chores.

It's so dumb when things like "dad bod" have to blow up into some kind of meritorious statement. So you're not muscle-bound or you're a little out of shape, big deal. Isn't that the majority of grown folk?
I think I know the type of guys and ladies who would be touting dad bod on facebook and it would have nothing to do with what that article says it's supposed to symbolize.
I hope Big Dawg 69 co-opted it for his Sad Dad posts.
