What the fuck is a tree requirement?

Most HOA require a front and back yard tree. Digging weeds and grass out of tree wells is always fun.

ours requires only a tree on the front yard or road verge; but it's a new non-original proposal and the development hasn't reached a quorum yet so it's not able to be put into effect yet

The house I checked out on Monday wanted cash only, not mentioned on the listing on Zillow or Realtor. The realtor didn't see it on her listing. So I couldn't go for that. I checked out this house today. Everything was cool except for the roof. It had some giant fucking holes in it. That was also not mentioned on the listing. Either way though, She talked the owner into fixing the roof before selling it, and it was marked down to $45,000. Sooo.. I'm thinking about getting it.

The front "yard" is an eyesore. That needs to go. Whoever thought that was a good idea needs to be drawn and quartered.
