I was at the dentist and they said "do you want the tv on?" and I said "no" and they turned it on anyways and it was ads for ted bundy the whole time

this bryan singer recap is seriously bumming me out. a gal I dated around 2005 was from socal and would talk about how she and her friends would party at bryan singer's mansion... I want to say there were creepy ancillary details about teenage boys everywhere but i honestly can't remember.

I think I semi-deliberately avoided it. I'm not sure if I would've watched The Keepers had I known. it's so grim.

I couldn't finish the first episode and then read reviews to confirm my suspicions. it barely ever actually talks about the crimes, it's mostly a self-congratulatory piece for the director and his pal Ted. completely embarrassing but I guess it makes sense in the wake of Making a Murderer, netflix has found a niche in making scumbags likable
