I liked the first three albums. Nobody remembers this anymore, but when the first one came out, they actually tried to build their credibility on the fact that Liiva and Amott were in Carnage, and the album had a vague oldschool vibe (proper oldschool DM, i.e. 80s) to it. Then the next two did this combination of cheesy power metal harmonies and Death Metal, which was actually kind of fresh and novel at the time, and they did it really well, so I liked those as well. And then Yoko Ono and ugh.

I'll stand by Black Earth, Stigmata and parts of Burning Bridges for sure. Stigmata in particular... fucking awesome production, solid songwriting, insane musicianship all around, and a vocalist who bellowed like a crazed ape about to prowl the dance floor.
