This has been brought up with him several times before and he always answers with "well the black person has already committed so many prior offenses that when their big conviction comes down naturally the judge gives them a harder sentence" and then points to dubious statistics from dodgy websites.

I don't know what this sentence is supposed to mean. The idea that was postulated is that if you have person A who is white and person B who is black and they both happened to have committed the same exact criminal offense there is a statistically demonstrated sharper sentencing pattern for the person who is black. This has nothing to do with your argument that whites and blacks commit different crimes at different levels. If you want to have this argument, we can have it, but that isn't the argument that was originally presented, you've moved the goal post like you normally do.

you have a fundamental misunderstanding of how this study was (and should be) conducted. the question is "for a crime X, is the average sentencing the same regardless of race?"

to answer that, you don't care at all about the volume of crime X per race (assuming you get enough data to be statistically relevant), but you think the volume matters somehow!?

Here's an anecdote. Someone I know of is being extorted over facebook by two cunts who sent unrequested nudes of themselves after he gave them money to help them out with bills because he is kind of a doormat as a "thank you" and now they claim that he some how broke the law by them sending him nude pictures and they alter their conversations to make it look like he is demanding sexual favors and one of them even sent a naked picture of her five year old daughter and then altered a screen cap to make it look like he was soliciting child porn. He gives them more and more money and they leave him alone for awhile and then when he's broke they called the cops on him several times to the point where he might get evicted because the landlord of his apartment doesn't want to deal with this shit anymore. He just wants them to go away. Why doesn't he file his own police report? He's scared to death of cops because he's black even though I highly doubt this is the first time they have run a scam like this and probably have a rap sheet a mile long. When he doesn't give them more money they call him a nigger. But we all know blacks are inherently animalistic and prone to criminality so none of this could possibly be true.
