it's basically a veggie burger that's trying to taste like beef.
it does a pretty good job. the secret ingredient is HEME.
I had an impossible slider from white castle and it was certainly better than a regular slider.
this has no aspirations of being anything but ground beef, so it's not like there will be an impossible t bone any time soon

ive had the carls one a few times and its decent. its really close but you can def tell its not meat. maybe if i didnt know beforehand i wouldnt have noticed but its not bad. its super expensive though man just eat fuckn meat, m8
