BBC Docs on Krautrock, Synth Music, Radiophonic...

Post by caldwell.the.great »

I just got a couple of documentaries from a friend of mine about krautrock, synth pop, kraftwerk, and the BBC Radiophonic Workshop. a couple of the files are AVIs, one is an MPG, and another is a WMV, but they're all really solid and have interviews and features on bands i know a lot of people here really like, including Can, Faust, Kraftwerk, Cabaret Voltaire, Throbbing Gristle, The Human League, Tangerine Dream, Cluster, Amon Duul, OMD, and lots of others.

Only problem is the size of the files - all of them are over 100MB, and a couple exceed 400MB. i'd like to upload them for everyone, but don't really know the best service to use with respect to the size of the files, download speed, etc. - I'd like to upload all of them without breaking them up into smaller pieces, but if I have to I will. anyone that can tell me the best way of getting these uploaded without using torrents, I'd appreciate it...
