I disagree. Case in point, compare (as an example) Chipotle's flour tortilla Tacos to Baja Fresh's Corn tortilla. I don't care much for soft tacos... I prefer the crunch in my taco shell. I buy the shells but everything else is made fresh, including the spice blend for the meat. And I've found that simple ground beef works best in my tacos... I've tried many other meats but nothing is quite as satisfying as ground beef.
