So I'm guessing monkeys were sold seperately from organ grinders. I bet they'd sell a lot more if they sold them as a package.

You used to be able to buy those from a place called Lark In The Morning. I got one of their catalogs years ago and it has thousands and thousands of different folk/ethnic/odd instruments. I got it because a lot of times I'd get folk metal albums and the band would play some weird ass instruments I never heard of and this book showed me what they were. Don't know if they still have those mechanical instruments, but they did have and should still.
