I've delivered to a few guys that have them. Having a conversation with someone through a hole in their neck is something everyone should experience at least once in their life. The one guy that I do know of in SC with one is too old to be into grind, sorry. The first time I delivered to his house I felt sorry for him until he pulled the latex flap that he had covering the hole in his throat to the side and proceeded to yell at his dog and tell it to shut up through the dry gaping hole in this throat. It was strange.
