Yeah, neither did I. I started changing the way I eat at 172lbs (I'm only 5'7') and I'm around 158lbs now. I haven't been starving at all. I have in the past trying to eat "5-6 small meals" like a jackass, it worked for about two weeks then I would be so tired of it and so hungry all the time with no energy. I eat two big meals full of good stuff and feel pretty great.
