I used to have a very regimented diet, I have a slightly active life, but its been two years off this diet and then there there is the fact that eating gives me visceral pleasure. I am a great fan of this feeling, and I consider myself a man of great appetites. These appetites have made fat again. If I devour a bag of gummi bears, I might feel that pleasure. If I devour a cheeseburger, I might feel that pleasure. Weed would make me feel such pleasures but I can't afford it, alcohol would make me feel such pleasures but only with food. I am in hell, and the result of my torment is most apparent to others.

I am 25. I was 150 around three years ago, I am ONE SEVENTY FIVE NOW. Probably one eighty but that is too horible to contemplate. I am FIVE NINE.
