Smoking vummie vegan meat, ribs, chicken fish: tip requests

hey mens,

some of you super yummie vegan meat cookers must have some smokin' skills...

after a few years of WANT, finally snagged a smoker (with BBQ combo built in) over the weekend..

any tips for yummie smokin?

favorite wood to use? where do ya get it?
marinations?

Any hardwood will work. I would suggest saying "fuck off" to mesquite though. Been using maple recently myself cause I had access to a pile of maple logs.

I have access to urban decay forest.. has trees, many felled and loads of smashed beer bottles and litter....

I don't know much about Smokin' meats, but I remember some of the things my dad would do. I don't know if this is a given, but I remember that he would always soak the woodchips that he got in water for at least a day before he used them in his smoker. Not sure what it did, but he made some damn good turkey.

In that case you can use 1/4 can of PBR and one Bud bottle, leave the label on for true st. louie flavor and don't forget cig butts (a dash will do) and garnish with one large dirty diaper. Urban cookout at it's best.

TACO BELL ONE CAN SUCK IT

Last year at a git tergerther a young lad made one of these things, but it was just a loaf of sausage. Tasted good, but wouldn't do it alot or yer ticker will explode.
