This thread actually got me to cut back on my drinking. I've gone from 6-8 beers a night down to 3.

I fully quit drinking for 5 months, 3 weeks. drank twice in the last 2 weeks, but back on the wagon. Staying sober isn't that hard, but once I got a taste of the sweet sauce nostalgia kicked in.

all I said is I want to start exercising and eating better and maybe lose a few pounds in the process. everyone else turned it into the erik stop drinking thread. i do appreciate your tips and motivation
