Probably a good idea if you think those few beers will lead to many. Keep doing what you're doing until you feel comfortable with your weight loss goals.

I've been floundering in the low 180s for about a month because I just slacked on how I was eating. I'm now at 178. So I dropped around 22-25 lbs so far. I would be a hell of a lot less if I would man up and start exercising like I said I was going to.
I was biking here today. And yeah, no more shitty linked pics, I'm taking the camera with me from now on. About 2000 meters above sea level? Pretty fun, but we're doing the real shit the rest of the week. I'm hoping I'll have a big fat post for the outdoors thread when I come home.

Jesus, this thread has made me feel very, very old. I've been on boards with some of you people for over 13 years now, and to see you all talking about "health" and "sobriety" is strange.

nice of you to emerge from the "men in panties grabbing each other" thread...

I'm back up to 194. Started a new job and haven't had much time to work out during the day, and my eating has been all over the place. Today I started back on writing down what I'm eating, and I'm hoping to exercise more starting tomorrow.

In Kevin's case, I can see why he doesn't care much for you....the feeling is obviously mutual...
