Not that any of you will believe me but at the beginning of this I told myself that once I lost 30lbs I'd let myself have some beers for a few days and then get back to it until I lost another 20 or so. While it was very tempting, I didn't 'reward' myself and I'll wait until I feel like I'm where I need to be.

Probably a good idea if you think those few beers will lead to many. Keep doing what you're doing until you feel comfortable with your weight loss goals.

I've been floundering in the low 180s for about a month because I just slacked on how I was eating. I'm now at 178. So I dropped around 22-25 lbs so far. I would be a hell of a lot less if I would man up and start exercising like I said I was going to.
