Here’s the bottom line: we don’t know exactly what makes kids fat or whether it’s a problem that they are and we definitely don’t have any idea whatsoever how to make a fat kid into a thin kid.

Fat people should smoke during pregnancy to offset the hormonal imbalance and shit odds the kid gets stacked against him/her with some low birth weight inducing cigarette smoke. If not effective, it might at least contribute to an earlier death for both the foetus and the fat piece of shit carrying it.
