I somehow managed to maintain weight all winter even though I couldn't do any biking and only half-heartedly kept up something resembling a running routine until it started snowing. Not sure how I pulled that off, but it's pretty neat.
Now I've got three weeks vacation, and I'm making the final push down to 80kg/176lbs. About five pounds in three weeks. And that's the beginning of the MTB season, so unless I put myself in the hospital again, I should be solid after that.

I was back up over 200 lbs a couple months ago. I've slowly been taking it off. This morning I was 193.5. I have 2 weeks left in a weightloss competition I'm doing at work. I was in 3rd place 2 weeks ago, so I'm hoping to sneak up and win it. If I can lose 7 or 8 pounds in the next 2 weeks, I'll probably win. My goal was 185, so if I stick to a strict workout and diet regimen, I should get there.
