Tomb Raider is pretty fun. Anyone else playing the Steam version? FUCK! So buggy, but otherwise I'm getting into it.

It looks a little...I dunno. Too shiny or something, though...?

Yeah, I preordered the 360 version. Should I be bummed that it might not have a shiny hair SFX mode? I suppose I could use extra EXTRA conditioner on my own hair to make up for it.

I've been picking apart Serious Sam HD First Encounter for the better part of a year now. Threw it on today and I was in the zone. Made it up to the end of the second to last level. Still a fun but asshole of a game. Man, though, it's spartan level design is so distractingly empty.

i assaulted the radio tower, killing like 7 dudes silently with the bow. really great mission. and with the lights off and headphones on, the tensions was seriously palpable. had my heart racing a few times. the atmosphere in this game is really something else. all out combat is pretty good too, but i'm having a hard time hitting dudes with the pistol for some reason. maybe there isn't magnet aim or whatever. but it's getting better.

and is it just me, or does every version of lara croft get me with that damn british accent? i wish she was my gf

what i liked about it i loved, but there were quite a few things i didn't like. the game's best feature was your character advancement and customization, which is why it was sort of a shock when i finished the game at only level 12. the game felt really short, and really small (single digit enemy types, only a few more weapons, and basically four elements to the main quest). gets major points for originality but overall a disappointment - probably the third best RPG i've played recently.

the less said the better. one of the worst games i've ever played. how the eleven-year-old me enjoyed this is an absolute mystery. the cherry on the shit sundae was the end game, when you discover a new location (an alley behind your suspect's house) by throwing a rope on a dog and being dragged there. on the plus side, the entire game only took about three hours to beat. infinite

Tomb Raider was waiting for me when I got to work today. Really silly, though. I guess because I preordered it came with some art book. Listen, I do like video games and I do appreciate the art design, but I don't want this nonsense. Tomb's will just have to join The Art of Mass Effect 3 as the strange books that are hanging around my job for no damn reason, that no one but me knows what it is.

My Ni No Kuni came with the metal case too. I actually don't mind that one because it looks nice.

I actually rebought SSFIV: AE the other day when xbox had it for $9.99 because my disc is looking sketchy. Now I don't have to worry about popping it in and out being the game I easily play the most.

So, EA insists that Dead Space get a broader appeal and use universal ammo and become more of a shooter to get more people to buy the game. Game doesn't sell FIVE MILLION FUCKING COPIES, so they axe the series.

I pretty much only read Giant Bomb for general game sites.

Made about 12 attempts to destroy the rocks for health, can't figure out the exact button inputs to actually destroy the frigging things. Game needs a 6 hour tutorial.

Line up the camera and push the light slash aka X or whatever it is on the PS3 pad too.

Also, if you dont need the health rations, you can ninja run eight under the rocks and.he will jump.down.
