Saw a doc earlier last month and he told me I should drop around 25-30 pounds. 10 down, 20 to go. It would be pretty sweet if I could drop another 15 by the end of the year. Maybe even sooner if I can cut down on drinking and trick myself into not hating the fucking gym so much.

I asked his honest opinion and he showed me a BMI chart showing me I should be in the 160-170 lb range. Since I'm a decent sized dude with some muscle he says it's not that accurate, but touched my gut with a grin saying "this basically needs to go"

I'm gonna join in the weight loss band wagon here - I'm 114kg's at the moment (250lbs)

My exercise routine has consisted of going to my 8 year old daughters Taekwondo class 3 days a week with her to try and lead from the front for her because she is getting a bit lazy so I can't do nothing and tell her to quit being lazy.

I started 10 weeks ago and I graded two weekends ago and did a double grading to Yellow two stripe, the sparing is a bit of a joke compared to boxing or kick boxing- but I'm getting a little more cardio and much more flexible. I'm doing a two day seminar with a Korean grand master who trains the Sth Korean MP's TKD who has flown out to Australia to visit our schools blackbelts.

This is all for naught given how much I've been stuffing my face and alcohol intake...

Gotta do it though, I have a good gut going and fuck all core strength really...

There's a mix - When I spar, I spar the blackbelts cause there's only two other adults and one has eyes like the cookie monster and has kicked my in my pillowy guts a couple of times, missing my guard all together. "Dominating"
