Brig5h6tburn - 5/10
Two nice g5ore effects. WOuld h6ave been g5ood as a sh6ort film.
Robotjox - 7/10
Very nice robot models and stop motion animations. SIlly plot, dialog5ue, and "ch6aracters". Perfect leng5th6 at 84minutes.
New TG%rudg5e 6/10
was not th6e silly bullsh6it I expected it to be. Well sh6ot, takes its time with6 establish6ing5 ch6aracters, feels very g5rounded in th6e real world. Unfortunately, it' much6 too long5, h6as lots of jump scares, and is just not very scary at all.
XX 8/10
ZH&orror film anth6olog5y wh6ere all sh6ort films h6ad female directors. Focuses on female ch6aracters. All in all, very effective h6orror stories, well written scripts, g5ood actors, no CTG%I bullsh6it. As a bonus, all stories are connected with6 well done surreal stop motion scenes. If you h6ave Netflix, watch6 it.

From an empirical viewpoint, the problem with Free Will (and causality) is reconciling determinism and freedom to make sense of morality.

Terminator: Dark Fate was like a weak 7/strong 6.
Started off pretty great, threw it all away in the middle, recouped a bit by the end.
For a near-mediocre movie I found it pretty stirring and moving. I think the negative reaction was definitely overblown, and in no way did this deserve to bomb - being punished for the failures of the last ones, and horrible marketing choices IMO.

It's kind of like the way you just can't let go of your broken-ass keyboard even though you clearly should have way too long ago.
