this is for stacy since he made fun of my 3 year old cell he saw in portland expecting me to have some shit that would transform into a woman and mechanically suck my cock.

Is it in Engrish, you heathen?
of course it is. fucker speaks english better than me i think, because i'm having trouble following it.

really though, this fucking thing sounds amazing. as good as my creative vision, just smaller. no more hauling around players for me. no sir.
Just askin', as I remember your old phone had all those CHING-CHANG-DING-DING-DONG-SOUNDS-LIKE-SILVERWARE-ON-THE-GROUND symbols. I looked at the LCD and thought "WTF. Streven can read that?"

That new phone looks bitchin'. The US will have those in 3 years or never-ever.
neva-eva, nigga. it's great. i'm still trying to figure out a way to encode and upload my own tunes as ringtones though, because i don't want to drop $2 for a goddamn song to play when people call me. they've got this thing set up as tight as a ducks ass.
Its a sony right? Did you get a cd with it? If so load it onto a pc laptop and it practically does it for you, you can rip from any music stored on your PC, to have as a rightone go into your media gallery, select the song and select 'use as', if you get really stuck PM me but I wont be online again til tomorrow.
that works for non-japan cellphones. i've got all the software that was included for uploading songs, which i've uploaded a shitton of, but to get them to work as ringtones they have to be coded in a way that i've yet to find a crack for. the fucking cprm they've got on their shit is the problem. the phone only reads the properly copy-protected files that you download from specific websites for an insane fee. any other music file will play on the phone through it's built in music player but they can't be assigned as a ringtone for incoming calls or emails. there's almost no info on it in english, and very little about it in japanese. i'm going to go check out some phone magazines tomorrow and see if i can find any info on it. it's really not that big of a deal. just a small inconvenience with an otherwise awesome fucking gadget.
Chaku Uta Full: A service distributing full length songs over the mobile network. The selection offered is mainly pop music. The coding format is 48 kbit/s Advanced Audio Coding. The size of one piece of music is about 1.5 MiB. Downloaded content is secured on a miniSD card plugged into the mobile, using CPRM copy protection. Chaku-Uta Full is the trademark of Sony Music in Japan.
i found this and encoded the music files properly, but when i upload them to the phone, both via usb and through the minisd, it won't read them. there's some lock the fucking thing has that if it doesn't come from a specific place it won't read the fucking thing.
Sony Ericsson forums/website? You might be able to flash the software to get rif of this annoyance, never heard of that though, its a genius idea really.
