Can you at least give me some credit here? I think that was a respectable workout.

Well done and all, but again, it would be better if you slowed down a bit and kept going longer.

Keep at it mang, your body's getting used to it. It eventually goes away.

I dunno, that seat looks pretty big to me. It could be that it just doesn't fit you, but more likely it's what HH says - this happens at first and gets better as the muscle tone in your butt improves. You might also want to invest in a pair of bike shorts with a butt pad.

I'm a bit surprised your wrists hurt, I thought your job involved a lot of heavy lifting? I guess it's just specific muscles that you need on the bike, that should get better too. Just give it time. 35 minutes isn't very long, you'll soon want to go longer as your cardio improves.

Erik next time you should drink your 9 beers before you go bicycle riding so you can use the carbs for energy.

I can't do that because if I crash I'll die because of my low platelets.

Elrod, you need to get some dark greens. Iceberg is nutritionally irrelevant. Get some spinach, crumbled feta, some cherry tomatoes, and a balsamic vinegar and olive oil dressing. Don't be an asshole.

yes. try it out, can't hurt. And I agree, you should get a big wheel and film yourself on it. Make sure to be wearing some sick shades.
