I just lost 100 lbs in 9 months with zero exercise
then I celebrated by putting on 5 lbs in doughnuts
5'9.5" and 165 lbs so I figure I'm 3/4 way done.

Not sure how much weight I've lost. People keep telling me I'm wasting away. I keep feeling bones I never have before. I can slide my wrists right angle to my chest and hit ribs. My heart seems to beat a lot harder. I'm still a fat piece of shit with miles to go. Thanks Mitch.

Ran my second ever 5K (last one was two years ago and I didn't do great). 30 minutes and 4 seconds, which I know isn't amazing, but pretty fucking good considering where I was two and a half months ago. I can at least now run 3 miles without having to slow to a walk for part of it. I'm signed up for another one this coming Sunday-- we'll see if I can improve that time, but this other course is way more hill-y, so I actually bet I'll do worse.
My shirts are all way too big for me now.
You look Asian here for some reason

I'm continuing to have unexplained weight loss and am thinking of seeing a doctor. Someone asked me if I had gastric bypass the other day. Pants that were too right now won't stay up without a belt. I can see my collar bones. I weigh 2 pounds less than I did yesterday with my stomach stuffed with food.

I'm at my fattest yet thanks to unattended holiday weight gain and the absolute worst work schedule I have ever had. Once I'm over whatever sickness my disgusting kids gave me, I can get back into biking and working out because it's a little disarming to finally have pairs of pants that are just too tight to wear. Probably something I can fix in a few weeks.
By the way, currently 210-215 lbs at 6'.

I've been lazy as fuck for the past year or so, purely out of feeling exhausted from work, fatherhood, bouts of depression, etc. I'm hovering between 205-210, and I'm 6'. 3 weeks ago I was super motivated, got back into an exercise/healthy eating routine, and then just gave up on it once the weekend hit. That week I lost 6 pounds in 4 days from not eating like a complete pig, but ended up putting it all back on in the following 4 days.
Today was kind of a blowout day where I just ate like shit for a solid hour on my lunch break, but I feel so gross that I know I can't keep this shit up every day. Before I had a kid, I was working out 3-4 days a week, eating healthy 5-6 days a week. My kid is almost 2, so it's been a slow increase in my weight since he was born. I've probably been over 200 lbs for the past year, and I just need to force myself to wake up earlier than usual and get my workouts done before I do anything else. I'm working longer days than ever before and managing a team, so it's just been mentally exhausting on top of everything else, which kills my motivation. I'm still thinner than I was in high school and college, but unlike those days when I just had a large upper body all around, now all the fat is right in my gut. Realistically I'd like to just go back to the healthier lifestyle and drop 20-30 pounds gradually.
I used to do a 5 mile run in Cambridge every Super Bowl Sunday for the past 3 years, and this year I was too lazy to even train or sign up, so I felt like a real piece of shit missing out on that. I'm looking for races in the next month or two to sign up for, that's usually been a good motivator for me in the past.

So apparently my TSH levels are really really low .005 (lowest range should be .270) so I more than likely have hyperthyroidism causing the weight loss
