Last night I ventured into Blighttown for the first time as well as New Londo Ruins just to give it a try.
Blighttown gets under my skin. Really hate those skinless mutant dudes and just as far as irritation goes, the knife snipers suck balls, but at least they don't respawn.

The ghosts in New Londo Ruins are fucking assholes, too. This is the first time in any game I have ever played where ghosts actually floated through walls like you'd expect them too.

...and now my damn firekeeper is dead, too.

I got the Capra demon first try and felt special.

he finally stopped doing it but he was on top of me and and getting a cheap shot in as soon as the fight started every time. even when i'd get underneath or behind him he was getting one in my back

i'm assuming that basically you don't get the cutscene more than once so after the first time you just go straight into the fight.

exactly so he's just rushing you as soon as he sees you and youre still in peanutbutter mode walking through the mist and there were a BUNCH of times he was doing the double spinning slash and you're not even out of the threshold

i've had some rough irl stuff recently and a game that drains me further really isn't good for me

i basically walked in there, went down, randomly found her and killed her and i feel like i skipped a load of stuff in there

i'm actually at +12 and just exploring blighttown now. how much is that fireball so that i can make all the preparations i need to when i want to go back to her?

So I finally unlocked that last few sections of the game. I guess I wasted too much time grinding up to level 81, because now all that happens to me is that I either get pulled into another player's New Game+ or I summon some absurdly overpowered dudes to help me.

Not that I'm complaining as such...

Edit: Also, word around the bonfire is that they're gonna patch the whole summon sign thing soon so that you'll see more summon signs from other players. Maybe a slight adjustment to the formula for level restrictions?
