there were six of us so we ordered strategically; I got to try every pizza they offer and they were all pretty awesome. one disadvantage to this style of pizza being done as street food is that it loses its heat pretty quickly. the flavor and crust were AWESOME though. I'll probably never get used to the minimalist cheese approach of the classic neapolitan style... I bet more cheese would help keep it warmer, too
