I realize this question was asked to Erik, but I'm going to give my own opinion on the subject. A quarter pounder is absolutely fucking amazing, 5% of the time. the other 95%, it's just shit. that is the gamble we take when we order fast food. when the burger is fresh, and the fries are crispy, it makes up for that 95 percent of the time when it's terrible. although, I'm finding that this ratio has become much wider in the last 10 years... 99 to 1 maybe. but I am going to keep rolling the dice, in the hopes that my next burger is going to be that special one. irrational, maybe...but I think taking that risk is what makes me a true American.
