I didn't mind watching the guy fight at all but yeah. For some reason I don't see him going away enough for this to be a good thing

Eh... I never really hated Kennedy, and anyone who gets fucked over by Yoel Romero automatically has my support, so I dunno.

I loved watching him lose but could never bring myself to fully hate the guy. I liked his retirement post. Seemed humble and thankful.

He cheated in the Yoel fight before Yoel did though, so no sympathy there.

I'm not sure it would be physically possible for me to be more indifferent towards that fight.

Masvidal apparently asked for two bonuses for knocking out Cerrone twice

Ngannou looks like he was designed in a lab. Arlovski's punch resistance at this point is like 3 shots & he's done but that counter right looked like it was so hard that AA was walking back to the locker room before he realised he was knocked out.

I still like Cowboy, but seeing Masvidal beat the shit out of him in the co-main of a FOX card made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. That look on Cowboy's face at the beginning of the second... damn.

Shevchenko beating Pena via armbar, of all things, brings the lulz on at least two levels that I can think of. Should be a good one against Nunes.

And also, RIP Arlovski's chin. Guy's probably going to keep fighting until he's a blithering mess, unfortunately.

Masvidal looked spectacular and him reveling in the boos was awesome.

What's your take on Greg Jackson sending a clearly out of it Cowboy back out for R2? I'm sure this happens a lot more than we see.

Apparently I'm not above a little sports nationalism because Oezdemir made me really happy.

I didn't see it live, but I saw a post talking about how great Zombie's head movement was, then I watched the replay - He slipped the jab pretty nice to set up the uppercut and his timing was sweet - But he got railed by that overhand right of Benvenidez nearly every time he threw it. Still, a welcome return to 145 where there is a lot of fun to be had this year.

The last UFC wasn't bad so I'm surprised no one has talked about it yet, especially considering that ridiculous decision to make De Randamie champion. Punched Holly Holm (who was a lot more active and controlled the clinch most of the time) after the bell not once but twice. Retarded ref warned her after the second time... that goddamned idiot
Dustin Poirier delivered as usual. Souza rocked. I thoroughly enjoyed the Anderson SIlva fight, he looked so happy during the fight...

Uh, it kinda was, man. There's the ridiculous shit that went on in the main event you already mentioned, the robbery at the end of Silva vs Brunson, Texeira getting takedowns by blowing on Cannonier and still somehow not finishing the fight, Jacare was satisfying in the way that I guess a ridiculously one-sided squash match can be, and, uh, I guess Poirier and Miller punched each other in the head a lot?

Nope.

Most of the stuff you mention was entertaining as hell. Fuck Brunson for being a boring cunt after getting fucked up by Robert Whittaker, I'm ok with him being robbed. Agree on Texeira, though... boring fight, but every UFC has at least a couple. Bonus: Holly Holm's delightful ass. I would have been reasonably satisfied had I paid for this UFC...

I skipped the last event because none of the matchups got me that excited. I am looking forward to The Black Beast swangin' and bangin' with the ghost of Travis Browne and then 209 is going to be  :mastoman: Woodley/Thompson 2, Khabib/Ferguson, Overeem/Hunt and the return of Lando "Groovy" Vannata.
