That's exactly what my first reaction was, but I kept reading and at some point I was hooked. Read the other 5 volumes in a couple of days. At least finish the first volume and if you still don't like it it's not for you.

DKIII continues to be reasonably good because Miller had nothing to do with it. This time he didn't even draw the mini-comic, so it's basically Azzarello and Risso reuniting to do Wonder Woman. Oh well.

I started Irredeemable a few years ago and didn't make it too far. The art was terrible but the story was fine. I just started it again about a week ago. Maybe I'll make it through this time...

I really liked the story and characters. The art was inconsistent, from mediocre to bad. Score would've been higher with a better artist.

By the way, you dudes were right. Preacher Vol 1 ended with me wanting more. I think the turning point was the serial killer, but the grandmother sealed the deal.
