That's exactly what my first reaction was, but I kept reading and at some point I was hooked. Read the other 5 volumes in a couple of days. DKIII continues to be reasonably good because Miller had nothing to do with it. This time he didn't even draw the mini-comic, so it's basically Azzarello and Risso reuniting to do Wonder Woman. Oh well.

I started Irredeemable a few years ago and didn't make it too far. The art was terrible but the story was fine. I just started it again about a week ago. Maybe I'll make it through this time...riley-o wrote:Irredeemable - 7.75/10

I really liked the story and characters. The art was inconsistent, from mediocre to bad. Score would've been higher with a better artist.

By the way, you dudes were right. Preacher Vol 1 ended with me wanting more. I think the turning point was the serial killer, but the grandmother sealed the deal.
