It's arty and human-less (which is to say breastless). It's really beautiful and would have made me cry if I weren't so stoic and brave.

Definitely my favourite game of 2012 and probably 2nd to Dark Souls for games this generation

Journey is definitely a game had I known ahead of time what it was like, I would've waited and played with Kelly

Dark souls journey and the walking dead are all in top for this generation

ninja gaiden ii has the worst camera issues

also, the walking dead's writing is way fucking better than heavy rain. well worth mentioning

i just started episode 5 last night. even if the last one is disappointing, this is still a top 5 favorite game for this generation. can't wait for season 2

i only played the first episode, but it thought it was awesome

i think it's because it sucks you in and makes you care about the characters. even though it's kinda cool to play what's basically an old school point and click, the game definitely doesn't rest on it's graphics or gameplay

it's all about those feels

Yeah I have to admit, there aren't many games that elicit strong emotional responses from me, but walking dead pulled it off. The incredible thing is that it's not limited to a few major beats, but down to how you phrase a sentence you say to a child. It's masterful.

the timed parts where everyone is yelling and the decision bar lasts like 3 seconds is some of the most tense stuff ever in a game. i really like how they don't make it easy to reload to that exact spot if you fuck up

as far as worrying about people's reactions and choosing wisely, at the end of episode 2...

I forgot SimCity is coming out tomorrow.
