about 3 years ago i got my teeth cleaned for the first time in years....it was a bloody mess. fucking sucked.
since then i get it done when im supposed to....works out much better. almost zero blood.

don't can't do caffeine in any form. So I walk 45 minutes to the train every morning to get the blood flowing.
