anything that streams is adequate - in the end I will definitely make a downloadable zip of the whole shebang so a MP3 download is also appreciated just to save me the trouble of fucking with the youtube downloader and to preserve the file's quality (I think?)

all that said I think soundcloud and divshare.com are great solutions for both since they'll stream and allow download of the file

the embedded youtube is very convenient for the listener since it embeds, of course...
