Isn't Ides Of Gemini that trio of inept losers that Eddie posted a pic of the other day? I'm not as hung up on the corporate aspect of these Scion things, but fuck any fest that would see booking a band like that as an asset.

I hope that band people think is Neurosis turns out to be Rabbits. Also, Merzbow is no better than any other noise guy with access to a big PA.

Ides of Gemini is one of the main Decibel guys. He's a better writer than musician but they aren't a bad band. Weird choice for this fest I suppose but what the fuck is Merzbow doing there? Can't fucking wait for that shit.

I beg to differ. Boring = bad.

There's something dirty about people who work for magazines/websites/etc who get their decidedly lame bands added to big events. It smells like payola.
