It still makes me giggle how the season basically seems to be about emasculated men, and then the dead guy has his dick shot off. In case we needed, y'know, a symbol.

Anyway, I would've liked the first season purely for its alcoholic depression aesthetic, so this one's fine with me so far as well. I'm always a sucker for a good self-destruction story, even if the characters' motivations are a bit... generic. Rust was definitely more interesting than these characters, at least from what it looks like so far.
