So the drummer for Internal Bleeding was a 14 year veteran fire fighter who fell to his death a few months ago and had an 8 year old daughter.

 No shit. I was just talking to Paulo about it the other day (online, I don't live in New York) and he said it is right up the road from where his own drummer lives.

should I sign these documents?
y/no big deal

I guess there's a law in CA where landlords have to send a notice out that says they can't like retaliate against tenants for reporting bed bugs; I guess my management company took this as an opportunity to be a dick?

Let me think for a moment what I believe I understand after reading that piece of paper and being a dullard myself who is almost as stupid as you.

I gather in my laymen's brain that what the property management people are trying to do is claim that:

1)there are no bed bugs,

2)Travis says there ARE bedbugs and insists that the property management people need to get rid of them, said property management will then try to claim that it was Travis himself that caused the infestation and therefore he will have to be the one responsible for paying for all the costs.

3)Just by them merely stating that there no bed bugs automatically makes it true because they said so.

---------------------------------------------------

So essentially they seem like assholes/boarder line slum lords. And you think it would be funny for a guy with kids to live on the street.

Parnia and his colleagues are also observing how the brain reacts during a cardiac arrest to determine how much of these experiences relate to brain activity.

“At the same time, we also study the human mind and consciousness in the context of death, to understand whether consciousness becomes annihilated or whether it continues after you’ve died for some period of time — and how that relates to what’s happening inside the brain in real time,” he said.

It is not the first time brain activity after death has been recorded.

In March, doctors at a Canadian intensive care unit discovered that one person had persistent brain activity for up to 10 minutes after they turned off their life support machine, but three others did not.

For more than 10 minutes after the medics declared the person clinically dead, brain waves, like those we experience in our sleep, continued to occur.

The researchers also found the experience of death can be very different for individual patients.

Each patient recorded different electroencephalographic results — the electrical activity in the brain — both before and after death.

Over the weekend, the YouTube star Logan Paul (older brother of Jake Paul) visited Aokigahara, a forest on the slopes of Mt. Fuji in Japan also known as the “suicide forest” for its status as a site of hundreds of suicides. While there, Paul seems to have filmed the body of a person who had hanged himself from a tree, and then posted the footage to YouTube with the title “We found a dead body in the Japanese Suicide Forest…” (Note: the video contains footage of what appears to be dead body with the face blurred out.)

“This is not clickbait. This is the most real vlog I’ve ever posted to this channel,” Paul says in an intro to the video. “I think this definitely marks a moment in YouTube history because I’m pretty sure this has never hopefully happened to anyone on YouTube ever,” he continues as minor key piano music plays. “Now with that said: buckle the fuck up, because you’re never gonna see a video like this again!”
